Returns Policy
Full priced items purchased via the Clutch Cardi E-boutique can be returned to E-boutique within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, gift card or refund (excluding postage) provided they meet the following conditions:
• The item has not been worn or damaged;
• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and
• The item is not a gift card.
Return postage is at the customers expense, and will not be reimbursed by E-boutique.
Sale items purchased via E-boutique can be returned for change of mind to E-boutique within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or gift card provided they meet the following conditions:
• The item has not been worn or damaged;
• The item is in its original condition with tags attached; and
• The item is not a gift card or jewellery.
Final Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Any items received by E-Boutique that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to sender.
Initiate the Return:
1. Contact Us
- Before shipping anything back, contact the us at info@clutchcardi.com to inform us of your intention to return the product so we can authorise your return.
2. Complete a Returns Form:
- Once authorised, we will email you a returns form to complete. Fill this in and return to us.
3. Shipping the Return:
- Pack the Item: Ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Place it into an Australia post bag and address it to the below return address.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest post office.
4. Processing the Return:

Once We Receive the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will assess its condition and process the return.

Refund or Exchange:
Depending on your selected preference for the return, you will receive a refund, an exchange, or store credit.

Refund Timeline:
Be aware that it can take 14 business days for a refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Considerations:
Be aware that during the festive season or big sales, expect some delays in getting the refund.
Please note item(s) being sent back for an exchange are subject to the availability of the requested item(s). Our E-boutique team will be in contact to verify your exchange.
We recommend sending your return via trackable post as the goods are your responsibility until they reach E-boutique. We also kindly ask that you include paperwork inside the parcel containing your order number.
